## Pricing (due at signing / monthly after month one / 3-month minimum)
- Starter Staging Package — $2,700 ($1,600 staging plan & delivery, $500 first month, $600 removal) / $500 / $3,700. Includes 2 bedrooms plus an office, 1 living room, kitchen, dining room, minimal outdoor furniture.
- Expanded Staging Package — homes with two living rooms and two dining rooms — $3,400 ($2,200 + $600 + $600) / $600 / $4,600.
- Diamond Deluxe Package — homes over 3,000 sq ft with two living and two dining areas, larger outdoor furniture included — $5,650 ($3,950 + $700 + $1,000) / $700 / $7,050.
- Outdoor living set add-on (larger outdoor sets with seating for six) — $900 (included in Diamond Deluxe).
- Unpaid fees at closing can be paid from seller proceeds through the title company.
