Sherri’ Harrison Designs brings warmth and beautiful design to every home we stage — full-house staging with real beds, real sofas and thoughtfully styled rooms, inside and out. Because when a house feels like somewhere you could truly live, buyers fall in love with it.

There is a lovely difference between decorating a room and truly furnishing a home. Sherri’ brings in real beds, real sofas, real dining tables, layered rugs, soft lighting, art and the little finishing touches — then carries that same care out to the patio, the courtyard and the front entry. Every room a buyer walks into feels complete, warm and ready to be photographed.
Beautifully made beds with layered linens, upholstered headboards and soft bedside lighting — bedrooms people want to linger in.
Sofas, sectionals, chairs and coffee tables arranged so every living space feels inviting, comfortable and true to its size.
Living, dining, kitchen, primary suite, guest rooms and all the in-between spaces — each one styled with intention.
Patios, courtyards and entryways dressed for our beautiful desert evenings, because outdoor living is such a part of life here.
Working alongside homeowners, sellers, builders and listing agents throughout Las Cruces and southern New Mexico.
An empty house can feel a little cold, and it is hard for buyers to picture life there. We furnish the whole home with real furniture so every room has a purpose, photographs beautifully and feels welcoming the moment the door opens.
You are still living there, and it still needs to shine. We work with the pieces you already love, edit gently, and bring in whatever is missing so your home shows beautifully while you stay right where you are.
Whole-home and single-room decorating for the way you really live — furniture, color, lighting, window treatments, art and all the layers that make a space feel like yours.
Front entries, patios and courtyards styled to celebrate our southern New Mexico light — so often the very first thing a buyer falls for.
Every home below was styled by Sherri’ herself, right here in Las Cruces — real rooms, real furniture, no stock photos.

For listing agents, builders and sellers deciding whether staging belongs in the marketing plan.
Staging costs vary widely with the size of the home and how much furniture comes in. But the research points the same direction: a professionally staged home tends to sell faster, and often for more, than a comparable home shown empty or as-is. Here is what the National Association of REALTORS® found in its 2025 Profile of Home Staging.
of sellers’ agents said staging reduced a home’s time on the market — 19% saw a significant reduction.
increase in the dollar value offered, reported by 29% of agents, compared with similar homes that were not staged.
of buyers’ agents said staging made it easier for buyers to picture the property as their future home.
of buyers’ agents named traditional, in-person staging an important part of a listing — ahead of video and virtual tours.
More recent field data points the same way. In the Real Estate Staging Association’s 2025 market report, staged homes sold in its member sample averaged about 12 days on market and closed at an average of 107% of list price — on an average staging investment of roughly $3,600. That is one group’s reported sample rather than a guarantee, but it reflects what professional stagers see when a home is fully furnished and priced right.
Virtual staging only changes a photograph — the moment a buyer walks in, the rooms are empty again. Light staging with a few accessories and lightweight props can leave a room still feeling bare.
Sherri’ does it the other way: whole-home, heavy staging with real, full-size furniture and all the extras — beds made up with layered linens, sofas and chairs, dining tables set for dinner, rugs, lamps, art, greenery and the patio dressed too. The home looks the same in person as it does online, and that consistency is what helps buyers fall in love.
Every home and market is different. Staging is an investment in how a home is presented — it does not guarantee a sale price or a sale date, and results vary with price, condition, location and market conditions. Sherri’ believes a home should feel like a warm welcome. Most buyers meet a house for the first time on their phone, scrolling quickly, and what they are really looking for is a feeling — a room they can imagine their morning coffee in, a bedroom that looks restful, a kitchen where friends would gather.
So she styles for that feeling. Real furniture in every room, arranged for how the space is meant to be lived in, and finished right down to the patio and the front door. Her work carries straight through to the listing photos, videos and social media where Las Cruces buyers first fall in love.
She works with homeowners, builders and some of the loveliest listing agents in Las Cruces — on everything from a single-room refresh to furnishing an entire home from the doorway out to the patio.
Simple, unhurried and free of surprises. Most homes are photo-ready within just a few days of our first visit.
We walk the home together, talk through your timeline and budget, and Sherri’ shares her ideas room by room.

Home staging and interior decorating throughout Las Cruces, Doña Ana County and all across southern New Mexico.
The things Las Cruces sellers and agents ask us most often.
Full-home staging means the house is truly furnished with real, full-size pieces rather than simply decorated with a few accessories. Real beds with headboards and layered linens, real sofas and chairs, dining tables, rugs, lamps and art in every room that matters — plus the outdoor living spaces. It is the difference between a house that feels empty and a home that feels loved.
Yes, and it is the heart of what we do. Empty rooms photograph poorly and can feel smaller than they really are. We furnish the whole home so the listing photos and showings do the welcoming for you.
Of course. Occupied staging starts with what you already own, gently edits what is working against you, and adds the missing pieces. You keep living there while your home looks its very best.
It depends on the size of the home and how many rooms you would like styled. Every project begins with a visit and a flat, written price up front — never hourly surprises. Call 575-496-2040 and we will happily walk you through it.
We do. Patios, courtyards, back porches and front entries are all part of the story. In southern New Mexico our outdoor spaces are where life happens, and curb appeal is the very first photo a buyer sees.
Most homes can be visited, planned and styled within a few days, and we time everything to your photographer so the house is ready when the camera arrives. Reach out as early as you can — a little lead time makes launch week so much easier.
Call or email any time for a visit and a simple, flat-price quote. If you are preparing to list, it is lovely to connect before photo day — a little planning goes such a long way.
Give your sellers a home that photographs like a magazine spread — and give yourself the loveliest listing presentation you have ever walked into.
