Service area is Las Cruces and Doña Ana County, excluding Anthony, Chaparral, Hatch and White Sands Missile Range. Pay by card, bank transfer or Venmo; any balance can come from proceeds at closing.

Due at signing covers the staging plan and furniture delivery, the first month and removal. Any unpaid balance can be paid from the seller’s proceeds at closing.

How much does home staging cost in Las Cruces?
With Sherri’ Harrison Designs: Starter $2,700 at signing then $500 a month ($3,700 three-month minimum); Expanded $3,400 then $600 ($4,600 minimum); Diamond Deluxe $5,650 then $700 ($7,050 minimum). The outdoor living set is a $900 add-on, included in Diamond Deluxe.
What is included in the amount due at signing?
The staging plan and furniture delivery, the first month, and removal at the end.
How fast can my home be staged?
Normally within one week of the signed agreement and payment.
Do you stage occupied homes?
No. Sherri’ stages vacant homes only; the furniture is for showings and photos, not for anyone’s use.
What furniture do you bring?
Real full-size beds with layered linens, sofas and chairs, dining tables set for dinner, rugs, lamps, art, mirrors, greenery, kitchen styling and outdoor furniture. No cardboard props.
Which package do I need?
Starter covers 2 bedrooms plus an office, one living room, kitchen, dining room and minimal outdoor furniture. Expanded is for homes with two living rooms and two dining rooms. Diamond Deluxe is for homes over 3,000 square feet with two living and two dining areas, with larger outdoor furniture included. Larger or unusual homes are quoted by size and rooms.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, three months. Most Las Cruces listings go from staged to closed inside that window.
What areas do you serve?
Las Cruces and the surrounding Doña Ana County communities: Mesilla, Sonoma Ranch, Picacho Hills, Talavera, Organ, Radium Springs, Doña Ana, East Mesa and the NMSU area. Not Anthony, Chaparral, Hatch or White Sands Missile Range.
Do I have to be there?
No. With property access, Sherri’ can finish without the seller present. Out-of-town sellers sign online, pay, and she handles the rest.
How do I pay?
Credit or debit card online, bank transfer (ACH) or Venmo. Any unpaid balance at closing can be paid from the seller’s proceeds through the title company.
Does my home need to be cleaned first?
Yes, the home should be clean before furniture goes in. If it needs carpet shampooing or a professional clean, Sherri’ can arrange it; the cleaner’s invoice is billed separately.
Do you work with listing brokers?
Yes. Sherri’ times staging to the broker’s photo and video day and coordinates access and removal directly with the broker.
Do you stage new builds and model homes?
Yes. Builders and spec homes are furnished so buyers see how every room lives.
Do you stage patios and backyards?
Yes. Every package includes minimal outdoor furniture, and the larger outdoor living set with seating for six is a $900 add-on, included in Diamond Deluxe.
What happens at closing?
Sherri’ removes the furniture before the buyer’s final walk-through. The furniture is not for sale with the home.
Is Sherri’ a licensed interior designer?
No. She is a professional home stager and interior decorator; Sherri’ Harrison Designs does not provide licensed interior design services.
Does staging guarantee a faster sale or higher price?
No one can guarantee that. Industry surveys such as the NAR 2025 Profile of Home Staging report that many agents see reduced time on market and easier buyer visualization, but results depend on price, condition, location and the market.
