Due at signing covers the staging plan and furniture delivery, the first month and removal. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Any unpaid balance can be paid from the seller’s proceeds at closing.

No. Sherri’ Harrison Designs provides staging services only and does not market, list or sell the property. The staging agreement is a standalone contract with the seller.
