Who we are
This website, lascruceshomestaging.com, is operated by CSH Investments LLC, doing business as Sherri’ Harrison Designs, a home staging company in Las Cruces, New Mexico (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you review and sign our Home Staging Agreement online, we collect what you enter in the form, which may include:
- Seller/Owner names, email address, phone number and mailing address
- Property address and details (approximate square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, vacancy confirmation)
- Access or lockbox instructions, preferred staging date, and listing agent, brokerage and title company information
- Your selected package, add-ons and payment method preference
- Your typed electronic signature, the date and time you signed, and the browser type used to sign
- Any notes you choose to send us
If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share in that communication.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking pixels on it.
Payment information. We do not collect credit card or bank account numbers on this website. Payment is handled by a separate secure invoice.
How we use your information
- To prepare, deliver and keep a record of your signed staging agreement
- To send you a confirmation copy of what you signed
- To invoice you and process payment
- To schedule, deliver, maintain and remove staging furniture, and to access the property
- To coordinate with your listing broker, title company or others you name so the home is ready for photos, showings and closing
- To answer your questions and provide customer service
- To keep the website secure and working properly, and to meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share information only as needed to provide our services:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Vercel), the form service that delivers signed agreements to our email (FormSubmit), our email provider (Google), and our invoicing and payment provider. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- People involved in your sale whom you list in the agreement, such as your listing agent, brokerage or title company, when coordination is needed.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.
- Business transfer, if our business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Third-party content on this site
Some pages include content from other companies: YouTube video tours (embedded in privacy-enhanced mode), a Google Maps service-area map, and Google Fonts. When these load, those companies may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Links to other websites, such as SearchLasCruces.com and VacationLasCruces.com, are governed by those sites’ policies.
How long we keep information
Signed agreements and related records are business and tax records. We keep them for as long as needed to perform the agreement and as required by law, generally at least seven years after the staging ends. Other messages are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you.
How we protect information
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
- You may ask to see, correct or update the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to delete your information, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or contract reasons.
- We do not send marketing text messages, and we will not add you to a marketing email list without your permission.

Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
