For builders and spec homes
Furnishing a new build answers the questions buyers cannot see in a blueprint: Does a king bed fit? Where does the TV go? Will the dining table seat eight? Real furniture makes square footage feel generous instead of empty.
How we work with builders
Sherri’ walks the home, plans each room and installs once the house is clean and ready, normally within a week of the signed agreement. Pricing follows the same clear packages, and larger or multi-home projects are quoted in writing.

Due at signing covers the staging plan and furniture delivery, the first month and removal. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Any unpaid balance can be paid from the seller’s proceeds at closing.
